We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipment to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, an additional $10 shipping fee may be added.
Your shipment will arrive up 7-10 business days after your subscription date. For example, if your subscription date is January 10th, your box will arrive on or before January 20th.
You will be billed for your Black Box 10 days prior to your monthly subscription date. For example, if your next shipment is scheduled for January 15th, you will be billed on January 5th.
Yes, the Black Box is a monthly subscription membership. There is no ongoing commitment and you can pause or cancel at any time.
To pause your Black Box subscription, access “My Account”. Under the “Manage Subscription” tab, you can pause your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, you can either use the “Manage Subscription” button in “My Account” or email us at info@tobitobin.com. You need to do this 10 days prior to the first day of the next month. Any cancelations after this 10-day window may not be honored until the following month.
Each month one candle and a box of chocolates will be included in your Back Box. To check which size of each to expect, please see our Black Box page.
Yes, you can purchase as many Black Boxes as you would like as gifts. Please let us know that this is a gift in the checkout process.
